Sixth Form Students Meet Her Honor Judge Georgina Kent and His Honour Judge Simon Heptonstall

Our Sixth Form students had the incredible opportunity to meet two esteemed judges, Her Honor Judge Georgina Kent and His Honour Judge Simon Heptonstall, who shared their inspiring journeys from lawyers to judges. The session was both insightful and interactive, as students learned about the judicial system and even participated in a role-play activity, exploring how sentences are decided in court. The session ended with a light-hearted activity as students tried on traditional barrister and judge robes and wigs – worth up to £2,000 each!

A huge thank you to the judges for an engaging and educational experience!
