Choices After Year 11
HWS provides a wide ranging programme to support and help students plan their education route after Year 11.
In school this includes a number of activities and events designed to develop relevant skills plus opportunities to meet potential employers and education providers. Resources and information are also available via the school’s intranet system, FROG (Subjects - Careers). Students (and parents) also have access to a dedicated adviser:

Guidance is provided for careers, further education courses, colleges and apprenticeships, together with discussions about university and employment. Individual guidance interviews are offered to Year 10 students in the summer term and Year 11 students in the autumn term.
