Welcome to the Hinchley Wood School Year 6 Transition online area.
We are delighted to be welcoming our new Year 7 students and their families this September, and the transition process is already well underway.
Starting secondary school is an exciting milestone, and we are committed to supporting both students and parents/carers throughout this important journey. Below you will find links to useful information, along with access to the New Starter Information Pack. We hope these resources help answer any questions you may have and ensure you feel fully prepared for joining Hinchley Wood School in September.

Year 7 New Joiner Information Pack
Please find below the New Parent Information Booklet and other relevant information, along with individual forms, (optional and returnable). These documents are available to view online and print at home for your convenience.
If you would prefer to receive a printed copy of the booklet and forms from the school, please notify the Admissions Team by completing the Google Request Form no later than Tuesday 9th June.
Printed packs will be available for collection at the New Parent/Carer Information Evening on Wednesday 17th June in the school canteen.
Please note that information regarding ParentPay (our cashless payment system) will be sent to parents/carers separately by email, or provided as a printed letter where a hard copy pack has been requested.
All completed forms must be returned to the Admissions Team by Tuesday 30th June. Please hand any signed and completed forms to our Student Reception, alternatively these can be scanned and emailed to admissions@hinchleywoodschool.co.uk
