Well Done Year 11!

 

GCSE Results 2024

We are delighted to report the headlines of our GCSE results this year:

  • 45% of all grades are at Grade 7 and above. (21.8% nationally)
  • 27% of all grades are at Grade 8 or 9
  • There are an incredible 174 Grade 9s, alongside 12 grade 9-9s in Combined Science - a record for Hinchley Wood!
  • 86% of students achieved 5 or more GCSEs at Grade 4 or above 
  • 86% of students achieved 5 or more GCSEs including English and Maths.  
  • 89% of students have achieved at least a Grade 4 in English and Maths  
  • 90% of all grades are at Grade 4 or above (67.6% nationally)

We are incredibly proud of our students' achievements, which are a reflection of their hard work and resilience, as well as the dedication of our staff.

We look forward to welcoming so many of our students into our Sixth Form and we cannot wait to see what they can achieve in the next phase of their education; for those moving on, we wish them every success.
